Long story short. When we were first matched with a baby, the FIRST thing I did was head to Barnes and Noble. Our baby was going to know about adoption and be proud of his history and know he was chosen and loved. When I got to the bookstore I searched high and low for a children’s book that would be perfect. There was only 1 book that was even remotely related to adoption. It broke my heart and I headed home. I researched online and after 3 years have narrowed in on a few of our favorites.
