Any person who is currently home-study approved AND currently lives in Iowa is eligible for a Grayson's Gifts Adoption Scholarship. The application must be filled out in it's entirety to be considered.

Application deadline for EACH year is September 30th. A review committee will review applications and make recommendations to the board. Once the board has approved the scholarships, applicants will be contacted and invited to an awards banquet in November.
